AlutechWork provides existing and customized production of aluminum profiles and fittings, meanwhile customers' design can be followed . For customized projects, our engineers will fully consider your requirement about all respects, strive to match the entire project with its performance and functions, various functions should be realized according to clients' requirements. The profiles and fittings must be given the accurate dimension , so that it will match the spare parts very well, meanwhile to acheive economic solution for the projects.
2. Extrusion and Surface Treatment
AlutechWork's factory is equiped by 30 advanced extrusion facility, from 800 tons to 10000 tons which give us ability to produce aluminum profiles in full range of sizes , to ensure our profiles can be used in various industries. The surface treatment we have includes anodizing, powder coating,wood grain, polishing . As for our factory, a strong team organized by skilled engineers and workers with strong sense of responsibility make sure our products in a high quality level in the market.
3. Machining and Assembly
The machining factory is equiped by 20 CNC machines, posses capabilities of slot cutting,milling,threading,stamping,punching,drilling,bending,welding etc.The properties of our aluminum components will meet your accessories well, inspection items for performance include surface conditions,physical properties,tolerance,corresion resistance. The additional basic inspection items we do for assembling products include surface of frames, accessories , seal strips etc. Our professional processing and strict inpection systems ensure all of our machining fittings are on reliable quality when they arrive in clients' hands.

- Inspection team with strong sense of responsibility.Double checking after all production process finished and before packing, defective profiles removed and won't shipped.
- Modern warehouse management system. Modeling and managing the logical representation of the physical storage facilities (e.g. racking, etc.). For example, if certain products are often sold together or are more popular than others, those products can be grouped together or placed near the delivery area to speed up the process of picking, packing and shipping to customers.
- Enabling a seamless link to order processing and logistics management in order to pick, pack, and ship product out of the facility.
- Tracking where products are stocked, order number and date, and the length of time they are stored. By analysing such data, we can control inventory levels and maximize the use of warehouse space. Furthermore, we are more prepared for the demands of the market, especially during special circumstances such as a peak season on a particular month.

AlutechWork was founded in 1993 as a subsidiary company of Vanho Group, when the aluminum alloy entered into people's life as a common metal material in daily life of Chinese people. The company started with trading aluminum and other metal products in Foshan city of Southern China. Under the advantageous economy policy and environment of market, Alutechwork grew up quickly, the company started first aluminum extrusion plant in 1997, and started exporting to global market at the same year. When global economic crisis struck in 1998,the new company had rised up to challenges and overcame all difficulties. After that difficult period, the board of directors gained lots of experience and made long term strategy to make sure the company run well constantly, the company had built up anti-risk capacity for future, so that the company was given 10 years of golden development age until 2009, when the economic crisis attack the global market again, the company still keep growing step by step. The sales valume increased both in domestic and oversea makert. Since the production output can not meet the sales valume increasing, the company decided to expand factory scale. In 2015,the company bought a 100,000 square meters of land in Guangxi provice, the mordern factory was started to construct at second year and started operation in 2019.
